Specifications:
Construction: steel welded tank with dished ends, 3mm thick (SF41 –75:4mm). Tank all over inside and outside and steel parts and fittings all protected by heat fused epoxy/polyester powder coating, min 70 microns. Colour: orange. Plated steel fasteners. Mounting legs with feet with foundation bolt holes.
SF41-75mm has separate access cover in body.
Underdrain: slotted polymer cartridges. Air and vacuum relief valve fitted.
Backflushing: SF6-50mm, SF18-50mm: integrated single action valve for convenient, simple handling. SF30-75mm, SF41-75mm: valves and pipework in pvc. PGV's at required points to read pressure.(PPG not included)

Specifications:
Construction Body: Formed and welded from steel sheet 3 mm thick. Tangential inlet. Drain outlet ½" BSP. with valve. Protected all over by heat fused epoxy/polyester powder coating,
Colour: Orange. Plastic bushes on hinge pins and cover screw end to protect coating. DMF has mounting legs.
Cartridge: PVC core with double layer mesh: plastic and stainless steel on top. Mesh fusion welded to core.
Pressure reading: Pressure gauge valves provided on inlet and outlet. Pressure can be read and using separate Pocket Pressure Gauge (available separately) ISI marked per IS 12785
